Return and Refund Policy

At Truecare Mobility, we offer mobility products designed for comfort, convenience, and everyday use. Due to the size, weight, and logistics of these items, our return policy is limited and varies depending on the warehouse location.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not entered processing.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns and Eligibility
We offer returns based on the product’s warehouse location. All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Products Shipped from the United States
Items shipped from our United States warehouse may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be unassembled
The item must be in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error.
A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and condition, typically up to 25 percent.
Products Shipped from International Warehouses
Due to the cost and complexity of international logistics, items shipped from overseas warehouses are considered final sale once shipped.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Item arrives damaged
Item is defective upon arrival
Item received is incorrect
Damage or Defect Claims
All items must be inspected upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Clear photos of the issue
A short video showing the problem
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Without this documentation, claims may not be processed.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution.
Non Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Improper use
Minor variations in design, color, or appearance
Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping, handling, customs, and logistics costs are non refundable once an order has shipped.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, inability to receive the package, or refusal of the shipment, additional fees may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused deliveries are not eligible for a refund.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered completed.
If you experience an issue after delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by our support team.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, as we will provide all relevant documentation to the payment provider, including order confirmation, product details, and delivery confirmation.
Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details and agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
