Troubleshooting Guide

1. Scooter not moving under power
Make sure the scooter is turned off, switch the freewheel lever to drive mode, then turn the scooter back on.

2. Scooter cannot be pushed manually
Turn the scooter off, switch the freewheel lever to neutral mode, then try again.

3. Scooter does not power on

  • Ensure the front and rear sections are properly connected
  • Confirm the battery is fully inserted and making proper contact
  • Check that the battery sits securely with no gaps
  • Insert the key and try powering on again

4. Missing parts (charger, keys, etc.)
If anything is missing, please contact us. Replacement parts are available.

5. Product issue or defect
